Lee is available to serve as a mediator or arbitrator in nearly any civil matter excluding family law. He is admitted to all state and federal courts in Florida. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law, where he served as Law School Student Body President and won a campus-wide moot court competition.
Lee has practiced in the Tampa Bay area for over 19 years representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. He has experience in a wide variety of cases including negligence, employment law, property, construction defect, business litigation, sports law, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, auto negligence, professional liability, real estate, trust and probate, and intellectual property.

Rate: $450/hour divided between the parties. Multiple parties represented by the same counsel are considered one party in interest. All mediations have a three-hour minimum charge.
Travel: No charge for Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando or Citrus. For other counties, the rate is $150/hour divided between the parties.
Location: Lee will conduct mediations via Zoom or at any location agreed to by the parties. He does not conduct mediations at his office.
Pre-mediation Materials: Summaries and operative pleadings are recommended but not mandatory. Please email any such materials to Lee@HarangMediation.com
Cancellation: Please email us a Notice of Cancellation no later than 48 hours before the mediation. Failure to do so will result in a $450 cancellation fee divided between the parties.
